What is AnchorMark?
AnchorMark is a visual feedback platform: pin a comment on any page, the SDK captures the screenshot, console, and environment, and our AI clusters and triages the report into your engineering tracker.
How is it different from a bug tracker?
AnchorMark is the capture and triage layer; the engineering tracker (Linear, Jira, GitHub Issues) stays the source of truth and syncs two-way.
Do guest reviewers cost extra?
No. Guest reviewer seats are unlimited and free across all paid plans.
Can I use AnchorMark on a site I don't control?
Yes — install the AnchorMark browser extension, or use proxy mode for sites that block extensions.
How is data isolated between organizations?
Every domain table carries an organization_id and tenant ID is enforced at the route, query, and row level. A cross-tenant smoke test runs in CI.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We use Anthropic Claude through a no-training data path and provide retention controls per workspace.
Do you offer SSO and SCIM?
Yes — SAML, OIDC, and SCIM via WorkOS on the Enterprise plan.
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes. A current DPA is offered to all paying customers; see our DPA summary.
Where is data hosted?
US and EU regions today; per-region data residency is on the roadmap.
How does pricing work?
Per-organization pricing across four tiers. Free 14-day trial of the Team plan; no credit card required.
Is there a free plan?
We offer a 14-day Team-tier trial. There is no perpetual free plan today.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — switch or cancel anytime; fees are non-refundable as described in the Terms.
