Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid tier starts with a 14-day free trial of the full Team plan. No credit card required, and your data carries over when you pick a plan.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual plans are billed once per year and save 20% versus paying month to month. You can switch cadence at any time from the billing settings.
Do free viewer seats count toward my seat limit?
No. Free viewer seats are read-only collaborators (clients, stakeholders, contractors who already pay for their own AnchorMark org). Each tier lists its viewer cap separately from paid seats.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — switch up or down at any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you never lose paid time.
What happens if I downgrade and exceed the new tier's limits?
You keep read access to everything, but new actions that would push you over a cap (extra seats, projects, integrations) are blocked until you remove the excess or upgrade again.
Which integrations are available on Starter?
Starter includes Slack, Zapier, and outbound webhooks. Linear, Jira, and GitHub two-way sync are part of Team and above.
How is AI metered?
Each tier has a daily USD cap on AI workhorse spend ($5 on Team, $25 on Agency, $100 on Enterprise). At 90% of the cap heavier models downshift to a lighter one; at 100% AI features pause until UTC midnight.
How does multi-organization billing work on Agency?
Agency includes up to 5 organizations under a single account and one consolidated invoice. Each organization keeps its own projects, members, branding, and white-label settings, but seat, project, and storage limits apply per organization. Need more than 5 orgs? Enterprise removes the cap.
Is SSO included on Team or Agency?
SSO (SAML / OIDC) and SCIM provisioning are Enterprise-only. Team and Agency use email-and-password sign-in plus Replit Auth social providers.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes — accredited institutions and registered non-profits qualify for a discount; contact sales.
Can I get a custom DPA?
Yes — Enterprise customers can execute a custom DPA. Our standard DPA is offered to all paying customers.
