Problem

Why this hurts today

Every tool that lives outside the engineering tracker becomes a side conversation that nobody updates. Reviewers don't know if their report was triaged. Engineers don't know if a comment came in. The status field in your tracker becomes the only source of truth, and your feedback tool quietly slips into being a dead inbox.

Solution

What AnchorMark does

AnchorMark mirrors status, assignees, and resolution back into the report. Reviewers always see "in progress" or "released" without having to be added to the tracker. Mentions and comments flow both directions so engineers never have to switch tools to respond, and routing rules let you send each project to the right repo, project, or Slack channel without writing a line of glue code.

Capabilities

What you get when you turn this on.

Linear

Issues, projects, cycles, and labels. SCIM-aware team mapping.

Jira

Cloud and Data Center, custom fields, JQL filters for two-way sync.

GitHub Issues

Per-repo routing, labels, milestones, and PR backlinks.

Slack

Channel routing per project, threaded notifications, and slash commands.

Routing rules

Send each project to the right tracker destination based on labels, paths, or sources.

Two-way comments

Replies on either side appear in both, with author identity preserved.

Webhook fallback

When a tracker isn't supported natively, signed webhooks deliver every event to your own automation.

Frequently asked questions

Do you support self-hosted Jira?
Yes — Jira Data Center is supported in addition to Atlassian Cloud. Custom fields and JQL filters are honored on both editions.
What happens if the integration token expires?
AnchorMark surfaces a clear error and notifies the workspace admin; in-flight reports queue safely until reconnected so nothing is lost.
Can I route different projects to different repos or boards?
Yes. Per-project routing rules send each AnchorMark project to its own GitHub repo, Linear team, or Jira project. Rules can also branch on labels for finer control.
Do reviewers get notified when their report ships?
Yes. Status changes from your tracker mirror back into AnchorMark, and reviewers see resolution status in the report — without needing a tracker seat. Slack notifications can also be wired per project.
What if my tracker isn't on the supported list?
Use the webhooks API to deliver every event to your own automation. AnchorMark signs each delivery so you can verify authenticity in your handler.
Can I disable sync for sensitive projects?
Yes — integrations are scoped per project, and you can keep a project entirely inside AnchorMark. Custom user groups let you decide who can connect or change integrations.
