AnchorMark
Share

Bring the right people in without opening the whole workspace.

Invite teammates by email, share with internal user groups, hand a partner organization access to a single project, or send a magic link to a guest reviewer. Every share is scoped, audited, and revocable.

Problem

Why this hurts today

Real projects span clients, contractors, and internal teams. Most tools force you to either give everyone full access or maintain a tangle of one-off permissions. The result: ex-contractors keep access for months, clients see internal projects they shouldn't, and admins spend Friday afternoons cleaning up shares no one remembers creating.

Solution

What AnchorMark does

AnchorMark separates organization membership from project access. Share a project with specific people, a custom user group, or another organization entirely. Track every share from a single dashboard, audit who has access to what, and revoke in bulk when an engagement ends. Magic-link guests stay free, so client and stakeholder reviewers never push you onto a higher plan.

Capabilities

What you get when you turn this on.

Email invitations

Invite teammates by email with role assignment and reminder follow-ups.

Internal groups

Share with custom user groups so access follows team membership, not individuals.

Cross-org sharing

Hand a partner organization access to a single project without joining them to your org.

Guest magic links

Free, unlimited reviewer links for clients and stakeholders.

Bulk revoke + audit

A unified share dashboard lists every active share and supports one-click bulk revoke.

Personal share view

Reviewers see every project they have access to across organizations from one personal page.

Expiring shares

Set an end date so contractor or client access is removed automatically when the engagement ends.

Frequently asked questions

Do shared external collaborators count as paid seats?
Guest reviewer access is free. Project-level shares to partner orgs are metered through our seat-aware billing so you only pay for active collaborators with full project access.
Can I see every project I have access to across organizations?
Yes — the personal sharing page lists every share you've received with one-click access, even when those projects belong to different AnchorMark organizations.
How do I revoke access when a contractor leaves?
Open the project's share dashboard, filter by user or group, and revoke in bulk. Or set an expiration date when you create the share so it ends automatically. Combine with SCIM deprovisioning for identity-driven cleanup.
Can I limit what a guest can do?
Yes. Guests can pin and comment but cannot change project settings or invite other members. For finer control, attach a custom user group to the share and pick exactly the capabilities they need.
What happens when I share with another organization?
The partner org's members access only the projects you shared, never your full workspace. Members of both orgs see the project in their dashboards, and audit logs on each side record the cross-org activity.
Is there a limit to how many people I can share with?
Magic-link guests are unlimited. Paid seats follow your plan; AnchorMark's seat-aware metering charges you only for active collaborators in a billing period, not for invited-but-inactive accounts.
